SPR # JBAS76GSY2 fixed in 8.0.1 releaseRecommended Release (14.0 FP4)

SPR# JBAS76GSY2 - The sqlcli.h header file was using the sqlext.h file (which comes with Microsoft ODBC). Fixed by using d2sqlext.h (which comes with DB2).
